light schedule for fuge?

hi i want to know whats the best lighting schedule for a refuge with chaeto. i have people saing 24/7 and some say reverse of display lighting. i want to know witch would be best i want nitrates low if they can go lower there @5.0

Reverse lighting will help with pH depression at night. I think just having macro in the fuge will help with the nitrate problem.
