lighting 75gal. reef tank

I just got new tooblights for my reef tank.the light output 2250/color temp 5000k/cri 90. Is that ok for soft corals and its a GE sunshine 40.

for coral raising , the par value is an important data to be taken into consideration, if possible, pls let yourself to know the light's par value,
I am not very familiar with it, hope the tip will be helpful...:celeb3:

I just put on 4 T12 40w 6500k bulbs on my 75gal. tank. Im just going to put soft corals in it. I did it before with just 2 lights and it worked.
