Lighting A New 20 Long

Setting up a new tank with my girlfriend since she recently became interested in the hobby. Looking for recommendations on lighting for a 20 gallon long tank 30"x12"x12". Tank will be a mixture of SPS/LPS.

Looking at really two options a T5 fixture or an LED.

If I went T5 would an ATI powermodule 4x24 be enough? Or would you guys recommend something else. I have never used T5's so I am unsure what is needed.

I prefer LED but do not want to do a DIY build as I need it to be a clean look. It seems like most of the stock fixtures Ecotech/AI ect wouldn't do well covering such a long and narrow tank. Any ideas on which fixture would work best in this situation or how to achomplish lighting with one of these LED fixtures without having shadowing on the edges of the tank or a ton of light spillage?

Thanks!
