I'm looking to buy lights for a 20" long 10g that will be a nano reef. Anybody have some inexpensive yet quality lighting ideas?

What are you going to keep in the tank? If mostly just softies and fishes, then a stock dual light hood will work fine, just replace the bulbs with 20w PowerCompact bulbs, and you'll be in business

the one that i posted has a higher wattage

I know thats a great deal! But my 40 watt is all i need. Where ya moving too since your selling everthing?

Just out of my dorm. I'd keep everything, but it's a hassle to move it around all the time. I'm from Indiana and I'm already dealing w/ moving a 30g tank back.

Or just sell it to me for $30!!!!!:D

i had a 10g setup for a few years using that same exact light and had great success with softies! that tanks been long gone though but i kinda miss it, than again if i was guna do a nano again id definitly go MH or T5
(come to think of it id never do any tank again without MH or T5 :p )

I used a Coralife 96w quad on a 10 for a long time, it fit perfect (20") and never had an issue with heat or excessive evaporation. I still own it and use it on my 18g via aqua, got it like 5 or 6 years ago and still working fine.
