Lighting for 10G

Note: I did post a couple weeks ago that I was going with a larger tank, but I decided to stick to a 10G while in school.

What are good light options for a 10G? I like some soft corals, zoas and palys, and specifically when I say soft corals I mean torches and hammer coral. I do want to be able to run this setup for a few years without needing an upgrade though. I would also like to eventually be able to have an anemone.

Budget... <$130 ideally.

Here's what I'm looking at...

http://www.amazon.com/Finnex-Aquarium-Actinic-Light-24-Inch/dp/B008460C6E
- I like the price point and the build, it would be the 18" version. Not sure if it puts out enough PAR for what I want though.

- Pricey at $135 for the 18" version, is that worth it? And is it dimmable or controllable at all?

Maxspect Nano - WAY out of my price range, looks sweet though.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/370857093101?ssPageName=STRK:MEBOFFX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1427.l2649
- heard good things about them so far, and that they put out enough PAR to have anything. (I know it's overkill for a 10G though)

What do you guys think?

I hate to post again since I feel like I'm bumping, but I can't seem to edit my posts after I change pages?

I'm really leaning toward the PAR 30 22k bulb right now. With shipping it comes out to $56 which is very reasonable. Does anyone have pics of what it looks like? I've been looking but can't find any.
