Lighting for 20gallon long

I'm building a prop tank with a 20L which is 30x12x12. I would like to use T5 lighting since halides would would not work due to heat issues in my apt. Does anyone have any recommendations on a lighting fixture for this size tank. I'm not planning on using a canopy with this, so retro kits would not be an option.
