Lighting for a FOWLR

I have a 125G that I am cycling to become a FOWLR. I plan to keep triggers and amongst others. It is currently stocked with 90lbs of LR. What kind of lighting am I suppose to have? Is there a minimum requirement?

I just use regular flourescence bulbs and it seemed to do just fine for me. But that's just me.

no special requirements on a FOWLR tank as nothing will really need the light to thrive. so NO florecents will be good enough. but some like using PC's to get coraline groth on their rocks
