Lighting for green nephia vs toadstool?

My GN leather has been looking bad, and shrinking for some time now, and i'm pretty sure it is because of lighting. I have a large toadstoal at the same hight and he is doing great. Should I start by moving the GN up or down in the tank?

I've had both for well over a year and he hasn't looked great for a month or more.
Thanks for any input!

Take a container and fill it with some tank water, add some iodine till the water becomes a little darker than tea colored, dip the coral for 15-20 mins then rinse it in some clean tank water and return it to the tank. Keep it off of the sand bed if you can. I had a nepthea that caught a bacterial infection and started losing tissue and retracting, I dipped it in iodine, then dipped again a few days to a week later and it rebounded nicely, it is completely back to normal now.

Thanks for the response. I didn't think about a BI, but that would make a lot of sense with what is going on with him. I'll give it a try after some reading to make sure I don't cause more damage.
