Lighting for Rbta

What would be a good bulb combination for a rbta in a 4x24w t5 fixture over a 20H?

What's worked best for y'all? Full spectrum, actinic, or some combination of both?

I use a combination of stock T5 PC's and LED's. I have the LED's at less than 20% as they are a retro fit in my hood so very close to the surface. 130 litre RSM130D tank.

What par do anemone's (RBTA's) like/prefer? What is too bright for them?

Mine are doing OK over half way up in the tank with T5 white/actinic and LED supplementary (<20%).

I have a Seneye gadget that apparently measures PAR so maybe I'll have a play with that at the weekend.

I've just measured the PAR with my Seneye gadget and have 160 PAR in the area of my BTA's, if that helps. I tested with the curtains drawn and house lights off. hth.
