lighting mixed reef

I can't decide of which lumenbroights to light my 120 euro-braced brick tank. The dimensions are 48" by 23" by 25". I have a in wall build to hide the fixtures.

Pendant mini's or larges?
Regular or wides?
250 or 400 MH?

I will proably use the aquamaxx 14K's Se's.

or 400 Watt with 20K bulbs. Would 2X 400 over 120 for 6 hrs call for a chiller or whould fan cooled be enough?

I plan to stack the tank with only 100# of LR.
