Lighting problems - open to suggestions

So the other day i had my friend (who is bulky and stronger than i am) move my stand and tank a little towards the wall because i moved it (175lb 6'6'' skinny dude) away to setup my plumbing. Well when he bent down to get a good grip on it, he knocked my canopy light into my tank...on and everything.
I know i should have taken the precautions and everything but i figured my buddy could move this massive object like 2 inched without any problems. But i was wrong. So this is the light that fell into my tank -

After the accident...a couple thousand volts of electricity through my hand...an open wound where i was shocked...and letting the darned thing dry out...i turned it back on and only my white lights worked.

Im sporting a 30gal long...its cycling so i mean my lighting isnt really necassary at the moment...but im moving all operations in a month or so, so i need to get things going.

So i guess what im trying to get at is this: Do you all think that this fixture will be sufficient lighting for a progressing tank? Or should i look at getting a whole new light? Also...should i even be using the white lights that still work or even the whole unit at all since its pretty much been through both hell and not so high water.

Did you try putting new bulbs in you might have broken the blues when it dropped?

Although i am new to the hobby, im not that dumb :P (really i am dumb though) But yeah im getting new bulbs today and imma try them out. I was just looking for new ideas or different ones if anyone could suggest some cool stuff. And just seeing if anyone has had this happen and what they recommend

before you buy new bulbs and they don't work.. move the white's to the sockets that the blues were in and test them that way.. if the whites light up, you're pretty safe to buy new blues.
