Lighting question for first Zoa

Hey everyone!

I just picked up my first Zoa. 110g tall, with 40g sump. I am using a Tek 8x54 T5HO setup, and was wondering the best depth to place my new Zoa. The tank is 30" tall, and I was worried about over/underlighting the little guy.

Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance!

At the bottom. See how they respond to the light. If they stretch for light, they go up. If they start flattening out and hugging their creep, they need shade or less light.

Additionally most zoas are pretty forgiving of lighting and like Tank said, they'll let you know.
