lighting question

I am thinking about doing a bunch of zoas and palys in a 36*24*25 deep 95 gal and I was wondering if my lighting is adequite or too much? I have 2 250w MH 15k and 2 65w PC true actinic. I am running the PCs 13 hrs and the MHs 5 hrs each overlapping for 2 hrs so 500w for those 2 hrs 250w the other 8 hrs. Is this OK? Too much light? Any suggestions? My intentions are to have Rics, Acans, Trachs, Favs, Scolys, Frogspawn, Hammer, Zoas, and Palys.

I have to say your lighting is perfect, for the size of the tank and the corals you plan on keeping. Just make sure to keep your lower light loving creayures closer to the bottom. Your lighting is also telling me (as long as water parameters are right) Some higher light loving peices.

I also have to say that you lighting times on the MH are right on, but cut the PC actinics down to between 8-12 hours, if possible, due to your veiwing pleasure.

Less time on the actinics would be great, but depending on your work schedule, I understand you need to see your tank lit. ( I work long hours and have had to adjust my light acordingly)

When it comes down to zoas/palys, you should be golden. You will have high light area, lower light areas, and should provide some areas for the lower light zoas with some shade, when aquascaping.

Thank you Sir Patrick. I like to leave the actinics on for about 1 1/2 hrs before and after the MHs for my viewing pleasure. Would you suggest cutting them off for the 2 hours mid day when both MHs are on?

Right now my Calcium and Magnesim levels are low due to my salt mix (IO) but I am planning on switching to either (IO) Reef Crystals or Sea Chem Reef Salt, I'm leaning towards the Sea Chem.

Once again thanks!
