IMO don't go with PC's for a few more bucks buy T5

the first one is probably ok for ricordia they arn't too hard .. but you will want to keep pretty much any softies with the T5's ossibly some SPS on top.

I agree with zaphod...I also wouldn't use a 36" fixture on a 48" tank if going with flourescent. www.hellolights.com is a good site and you can call and talk with them, they will be very helpful and prices are good.

Or, just wait until someone sells their T5 assembly to upgrade to MH. There's usually a used- lighting assembly sold most every week on this forum.
