lighting question

hi i have a 192 watt pc with a 10,000k daylight, actinic , and 2 3/4 watt luners. what would be the best time setup on these lights. currently i have the luners come on at 8am, the actinic comes on at 10am and the luners go off, the daylight comes on at 11am(actinic is on with the daylight) and goes off at 9pm, the actinic goes off at 10pm and the luners come on for a few hours after that. is this the right time setup for the bulbs, or too much lighting all together? just asking cause im ready for a coral, or mushroom and want my lights to be right.

Your photo period is pretty standard except for the lunar lights. These are for replicating the moon lunar cycle. If used as intended they should be on for night time cycles. However, running them as an extended dawn/dusk photo period isn't a bad idea either.

ok thanks. is it best to run the luners all night or is the gradual dark good? between luner off and back on there is 4 hours of darkness.
