lighting retro question

I was looking into lighting and was wondering what i would actually have to do to get this running:

I don't know anything about wiring, so would this be easy to set up? does it need a canopy? if so what kind?

Well hopefully you have a canopy to mount them to and everything else looks like it is included, just have to run the wiring inside the canopy(mount/secure),then run to the ballast box.
