how long do you guys have your days light and attinic on for?

actinics from noon to 11pm, 2x250w from 1pm to 10pm.
Granted, I have not had my actinics hooked up for a few months now because I broke the wiring harness and havn't really had the time to replace it cause every time I'm home, I've hardly got time to mount any broke frags of corals and do a water change, clean the skimmer, and check the params before I've got to go run somewhere and do something else.
