Lights, and Rock

I just purchased my new 12 gal JBJ DLX and I started the cycle wanted to know if I should change the lighting to something a little more stronger currently it has (2) 24 Watt CF 50/50 lamps, and 12lbs of LR....Is this enough rock or should I be putting in a couple of more pounds.

LR is fine, there really is no exact science to it, some people say 1 to 1&1/2 pounds per gallon but if your aquascaping looks good with 12 your fine. More doesn't hurt though

Lighting - What did you want to keep in the tank in terms of corals?

Honestly I am not sure because I am not on the up and up as the corals go. But I do want to have 2 perc clowns if I can.
