Lights over the long weekend

I don't have a timer and I'm going to Maine tomorrow afternoon and won't be back until Monday night. Thats 6 days with no lights.

I have variouse snails shrimp and crabs with live rock. will it hurt things if I leave the lights off or should I break down and get a timer?

You can prolly run your lights on a $10 timer. Why not get one? I wouldn't want to go dark for that long.

If the only thing you have are snails, crabs, and shrimp then they'll be fine without light. If you have corals, I'd suggest getting a timer.

No, no corals yet. My tank is only a month old.
