Lights turned off randomly

My MH lights turned on and off 3 times randomly last night and never turned on tonight. The temp of tank never reached 84 degrees, and my amps got up to 3. The light was was working before, and turns on when I manually turn it on through the apex, not sure what is going on the light is a 150 watt halide which came with the 34 gallon solana, any ideas? Here is the programming code which I have been using.
