here is my set up nitrate stuck at 1.2-2 ppm
tank 3'2'2'
250 hqi
4 vho
2 tunze 6060
40 breeder sump
10 gallon fuge cheto 24\7 lighting
yellow tang
3 small anthias
euro reef cs5-3

tank has been up since feb this year just added fish about 1.5 months ago.sps about 7 corals all doing ok
just did a 30 gallon water change still at 1.2ppm about for nitrate
anything you guys can think of to help this get better and keep it that way ,i am very carefull about feeding a feed small amounts often so all food is eat..total water valume is about 115 gallons

1.2 is nothing to worry about. Many reefers would kill to have your reading. Relax. There is a current theory that corals need a little nitrate. If you are at 2 or below, just relax. When you chaeto grows and you harvest it out, you will take out more and more Nitrate.

You did a 25% water change. Ergo 75% of 2 is 1.5. You are at what you should be at. Patience is your friend, in all things reef.
