Lion Fish Hanging Upside Down

I bought a lionfish 2 weeks ago from the lfs. Recently I have seen him hanging upside down near the surface. He is alive but I cant figure out why he is doing this. Any ideas?

murph, if his behavior is otherwise unchanged... lionfish like to "perch" in weird positions. When I had a volitans, it would perch nearly upside down some of the time, this is just normal predator ambush behavior. If it were fullyupside down and not eating or otherwise behaving sickly, I would worry. What species is he? Is he in the 55 FOWLR?

Perfectly normal behavior. I have a dwarf zebra and he does the same thing. Don't sweat it.
