Lion Fish right Fin Turning to a clear white. HELP!**

My Lion Fish has over the last 2 to 3 days been unable to stay balanced. Floating on his side. I looked closer to identify what was wrong and his right fin seems to be turning to a clear white. That is the side he floats over on. He doesn't seem to be doing well. anyone with ADVICE?
