Hey Everybody, my Volitan of a little over a year has recently (past 3 weeks) gone on an eating strike.
He won't eat frozen krill anymore, he just swims up to them until they float away from a current or my trigger comes and gets them. I even went and bought some live minnows to see if I could get him eating again. Same story, swims, stares but doesn't jump at them.
His colors still looks good but he is a little bit thinner than I am used to/comfortable with.
The only thing I have changed in my tank recently is the lighting timer. I went from lighting it about 12 1/2 hours a day to about 9 hours.
Is he just not hungry? It seems to long to not be hungry. Is it possible he swallowed a hermit crab?
I appreciate the input.
TP
