Some of my rock work is held together with 30 minute and 5 minute 2 part epoxy from when it was dry rock. I can not comment on the quantity described in your picture though.

Its probably reef safe ...BUT...that type of epoxy is usually very thin (watery) and is quite brittle. Its made as a replacement for dozens of coats of varnish, not bonding. I would just try a more conventional epoxy.

Recommend pulling the MSDS for any epoxy product you plan to put in your tank and compare it to known reef safe brands/formulas.

What are you trying to do with it?

If it's to watery you can add micro bubbles it will change the color but will thicken it up.

I was going to make frag rack magnets and some other things.
