Little Bugs Have Invaded My Tank!

Hi,

My tank has been up for a year; tonight I noticed little bug-like inverts crawling all over my glass! They are oval shaped, legs all around their bodies, transperent, and have two small antennas.

They must have just hatched or something...

Are they good or bad? Help? What should I do?

Pictures would be nice, but if thats what they are they are wonderful to have. Congrats.

If they look like tiny white versions of that little evil plankton on sponge bob, they're pods.-good things to have.
