Little bugs...

I'm very new to this and trying to learn as much as possible! My terminology is pretty bad too, so I apologize. I noticed last night that close to my sand I had probably hundreds of these little bugs attached to my glass. ( I realize bugs is probably not the right word...) but, they are white and have a tail and two little antenna looking things at the other end. I wasn't sure if this was a problem or not. I attempted to search what they could possibly be, but, came up with nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you haven't already when your light goes out shine a flashlight in there and you will see a million more!!!and slot of other cool things

and maybe some things you don't want to see.....an eerie place at night these tanks......

If you have it, or can find one, a red light works the best. The critters can not see the red light and you will see a lot of stuff that is just crazy. I have things in my tank, that I have never seen online. They only come out at night, and only if I have the red light.

FYI...... Fisher Price flash lights have a regular light, as well as a red or green filter. Works pretty good.

SOme what. The red light is just a good one for us to see the creatures of the night. You only see a small protion of the life in your tank. With the red light, you will see so much more.

I place a red light by my door(not in the window). This way if Im out late I can check out the tank when I get home.
