Live Rock and Live Sand Needed

Hi all! I am finally going to jump back into the world of salt. Got a tank and am starting out small (don't we all). However I live in Sioux City and we do not have ANYTHING. Does anyone have any extra rock or salt they could part with. Also anyone know of a good inexpensive shop in Omaha that would have these items. I will be coming into Omaha tomorrow.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

I don't have any extra, but you could try Paradise Cove Pets, Petland or The Lizard King. Petland's rock was on a little bit of the expensive side a while ago (haven't checked lately) but all of the stores should have some to pick from.
