Live Rock for a nano tank

I am considering buying the bali alor for my new jbj 28g nano cube. I am considering buying the rock from aquacon.com (aquatic connection), and the pieces are supposed to be 5-7 inches long. Does anyone know if this type of rock will look good? And does anyone know if aquacon is a good place to buy? I also would like to avoid hitchhikers this time around as last time I ended up with a mantis shrimp and a gorilla crab. Is there any tricks to treat the rock before putting it in the tank that will help eliminate these creatures? I had seen somewhere that dipping the rocks in an extremely salty solution seems to bring mantis shrimp out, and I believe i had read something about carbonated water. Any input would be great!

I am also considering getting platinum clowns at some point for the tank, but have never seen one in person. Do they look anything like the pictures? Do you think they are worth it?
