Breaking down the tank, and I have approx 50-60 lbs of very nice live rock, and approx 20 lbs of VERY live sand. The rock is clean, has all kinds of coraline algea, and has been in my system for a least a year. The sand is very live, with all kinds of benifical creatures and clean up crew. Also included will be a few turbo, margarita, sand shifting,conch snails. I think there is a hermit, and a green mithrax crab in there somewhere as well.
There are some blue clove poylps growing on the sand in a matt as well. They are a nice bright blue color, and not very invasive, plus they are free.

The rock in the middle is not included. That is the clowns spawning rock, and will go with the clowns/anemone.
$125. firm, picked up in central pa, 17870 area.
I can also meet up somewhere within a half hour drive.
You will just need a couple large rubbermaid containers and a bucket for the sand.
