Live Rock Question

There is a guy in my area tearing down his setup and has 200 lbs. of live rock for sale. What do I need to look for when picking out the pieces I want?

boca raton? saw his add on ebay, just look for pieces with coraline algae, see if it has life on it, such as feather dusters, bristle worms, etc, do you know if its fiji or carribean lr? just look at pictures of cured lr online, compare and contrast

Make sure it has no aiptasia ,mejano or bryopsis if it does skip it
