Live rock/sand source

Does anyone know of a good, inexpensive source for live rock and/or live sand in the general Milwaukee area? I'm looking for about 10 lbs. of sand and 16 lbs. of live rock.

My main LFS is $9.99/lb for rock and $3.99 for sand. Another is $7.50-13.50/lb. for rock depending on type. Was hoping to find it cheaper somewhere.
