Livestock for sale

I am taking my tank down due to remodeling and am selling my livestock. My plan is to come to a meeting to deliver due to living out of town. If anyone is in the area they would be welcome to come by and pick up as well.

Kole Tang- $30 (nipped at some lps i had, did not bother softies or sps)

Red/Pink Acan- $35 about 4 heads i think

Frogspawn- $35 2 heads with 3 small ones growing

Mini Carpet Nem- $45

Tricolor encrusting monti about 2.5-3 inches and 1.5 inch red monti cap both on a rock - $60

Red monti cap- $60 about baseball diameter

Pink Nepthea - $60 each about 8 inches tall and 5-6 inches wide when open. I have two of these

Zoa frags - $10 each I have 4 frags, green with green skirts, green skirts blue disc orange center, two unknown still getting color. Also have a slightly larger frag of the green with greens for $15

After some long thought I will also be selling a 1 year old Vertex IN180 Skimmer. Rated for 180 gallons, very quiet and good skimmer. $200obo

Live Rock, not sure how much total roughly 125lbs. About half is dry and the other is in the tank or sump. $3 per lb.
