Honeycomb puffers (and most of the sharpnose puffers) only get 4 inches long, and most that are available for sale are half that size. That's not a very big fish. volitan lionfish are fast growers, and max out around 16 inches.
I would also suggest the Niger Triger. As they grow into adulthood their teeth turn a redish color and just look vicious chowing into another fish. Really a cool spectacle.
