Mitch seemed a nice enough guy. I paid up front and in full. Was told to expect a delivery next week and to be prepared to pay the air bill upon its arrival at my airport. Waited patiently and shipping day got an email.
Sorry your order was not filled. Maybe Thursday. If not next Tuesday. Confused I asked why? He replied the importer would ask and he would let me know. He never did answer this and it raised a red flag. On his website, it looks like he is the importer.
I began to believe the situation was slipping from my control. I dont mind delays, i just want to be assured why they happened, and what is being done to ensure my order is fulfilled. I asked for clarity on the situation and got a "will refund you." I let him know he was welcome to refund me, and if he was able to get my order in, he had a customer.
The positive -was he was prompt in answering, and in the end refunding my money.
The negative -was no corals, little reason as to why.
It was near impossible to find reviews on this seller, which is why i approached this transaction so cautiously. If you have had good business with him feel free to post your results.

Before you say talking to walt is hard, its not. I sent an email to them asking where a retailer can buy their product. Within an hour I a received a polite reply pointing me in the correct direction.
