Local business selling tanks cheap!!

The Ben Franklin here in TRF is having a going out of business sale. It is turning up some good deals on tanks and some dry goods. Used 20H freshwater tanks with heaters, HOB filters, gravel and misc decorations $25 each (can be converted to salt at this price)...

If you need one more more, I can pick them up for you. But you will need to come and get it.

A guy from the other reef club had me pick him up a 20L. Got it new for $17.70....

watch for copper in the seals, as most fish stores heavily treat freshwater tanks with it to kill the ich.

How does one watch for copper?? Asking doesn't help one bit, as you can imagine. But yes, I am aware of copper treatments and tanks used for "other" animals. On the other hand, thier new tanks are4 going for less than a dollar a gallon. Beating out Petco's deal at the moment.

Swanwillow, did you know we are having a local reef club meeting at my house, Dec 15 at noon, here in Thief River Falls?? You are more than welcome to join us. Garrett (Home Depot) and Cammie (Blennieluvr) are going to attend and they live in Bemidji as well. Maybe you guys could possibly car-pool?!?

yeap, sure did, but I work that weekend.. and every other weekend. It sucks.

To watch for it, is to, well, try and test it on something decently cheap invertebrate wise.
