Local place to drill a tank ?

dont really want to wait on ordering bits any local place that can drill a tank need 2 1/12 ans 2 1/2 bulkheads installed 60mm and and 30mm respectively

I can drill it, I have a motorized glass drill press, takes about a minute a hole. But ull have to bring whatever to my shop in mia.
