Locating Clowns

Here is my situation... I have 5 clowns in 2 tanks.

Bonded pair of Occs (~2 1/2 inch)
Bonded pair of Tomatos (2 1/2 (f), 2 (m))
Lone Red and Black

In addition, I have a smallish (4-5in) BTA.

The tanks:
55g (+20g sump) reef (no significant coral growth to date) with 2 small tangs, a juvi angel, coral beauty angel, goby, mated pair of bangai and assorted inverts (cuc). 4x 54w T5 Params: 0/0/<5/1.026/8.1

20 long with a handful of invert cuc, star poylps, oversized skimmer, hob fuge with chaeto. 2x65w PC Params: 0/0/0/1.023/8.0

Currently the 55 houses the R&B, his BTA host and the Occ pair (all get along well, never go near each other)

The 20L has the toms.

Is this the best arrangement for my clowns/nem? Reading Wilkerson, I think I have the Occs and Toms backwards for tank size, but am concerned with housing the Toms with the B&R both because of aggressiveness and competition for the BTA.

My question: what would be my best plan of housing?

1) leave everything the same... if it aint broke...
2) trade the R&B to a friend and leave everything else
3) swap the Toms and Occs and hope for the best
4) swap the Toms and Occs and get rid of the R&B
5) other

TIA.

I hate to say this, but your 55 gallon is really quite overstocked. I imagine the lack of coral growth is, in part, due to the high nutrient levels inevitable with a tank stocked that high.

I've never heard of a "Red and Black" clown, but I think you should sell/trade/give away him to someone else and keep one pair of clowns in each tank.

R&B clown - aka Cinnamon clown: A. melanopus

The lack of coral growth is from lack of adding anything to it when I transitioned from fowlr to reef. My water quality is good and stable. Once the tangs grow out I believe it will be overstocked but the are slated to move into the 120g when I finish it.
