Long strings coming out of SPS

Hi,

I have these 2 acros that will always have these long stringy threads like things coming out from them. They are the only two that show this. I just took one of them out of the water for closer inspection for warms but none that I could spot. The strings are coming out all day and night. PE is very good but I cant seem to find an explenation for this. All parameters are at top. They have been in the tank for over 4 months but I have noticed this thing happening in the past few weeks.Any ideas ?

Could be one of two things IMO. Spike in certain elements or they are just feeding.

if the strings are clear/white with a small ball at the end, the acro is trying to feed.
