I think so and it wont stop UNTILL it is dealt with why would some one e-mail that to me and NOT PM it to me. I will tell you why they don't want to PM it to me so a mod cant go in to my PM and see it and that to me is BULL SH:mad: T they are not man enough to post it and they know that I will say some thing to them on it. So I'm "CALLING" them on it if it don't stop I will haft to go the next step I don't like telling but this is not funny eney more. My brother inlaw is a COP and if I must he will look in to the e-mail. I will play If they want to on the open forum's but when they take it to my e-mail so the mod cant see I will draw the line at that____________ and take the next step to STOP this.
I sorry that you all must see this but you need to see what's going on.

Lin, I think you need to relax. Just stop responding and fueling the flames. Your brother-in-law isn't going to be able to do anything, and making statements like that doesn't help.

When you say "I'm out" what is that about? Did SCMAS do something to you? :confused:
 
Yup, best way to calm the situation is ignore it. If you have the e-mail address it came from, mark it as spam or auto-delete. If you don't want to see their posts, add them to your ignore list. No reason to give anything up. Let them go through the work of trying to communicate, and when all they receive is silence they'll get bored. Works with 3 yr olds, it'll work here. :D

Just keep on keepin' on Lin.

No SCMAS did not do eney thing to me. I'm just saying "I'm out" im not going to play the games eney more if some one want's to make a BIG A$$ of them selves thin so be it im "NO" part of it they can make fun of are coals all they want. I know what Scott get's us is the best he can get and i know he dont have a 1000,000$$ for the best of lighting like some of the bigger LFS and im ok with it you haft to work with what you/we have to work with. So I'm out not playing the games I cant spell tuff i do the best I can just like if I like some one I will fight for them the best I can and if some one want's to make a A$$ of them self's good for them I will let them do it..

I said it once and I will say it again. This post is playing into their hands. At this point I can't say I totally blame them for antagonizing you as they are. If I found someone as easily riled up as you are, I would be tempted to see just how aggravated I could make you. You are providing just too much enjoyment to leave you alone at this point.

Wise advice, but it may take some time since you have already proved to be irritated by them.
 
Just an obvious fix to this problem in my opinion... take away the option for someone to email you from the boards... Other than that put the jerk on ignore if he's such a problem to you.
