for a 135. it can be up to 16 " wide. so if you know of some one who has an old 55 gallon tank or a old beat up sump let me know.

i put my old 55g under my 125 and unless u plan to mod the stand or build a custom one it doesnt leave much room..if i had to do it again id prolly go a little smaller

it's for an aggressive tank so nothing else is going under the tank besides the skimmer and return.

i think you can get a good sump at home depot for 7 bucks, a rubbermaid container works well imo

If it's going to be a simple set-up....then I agree with Jess, a rubbermaid container should be just fine.
But if ahoyhoy is breaking down that 55g, and lets it go at a good price jump on that.
