is there any intrest in the elmira,ithaca area to build led lighting?i would like to build a light for my 8 footer that will ramp up and down to simulate the rise and fall of the sun. my prob.is that i am not all that confident on what to buy and how it works.so i am looking for someone to help me along, any takers?
