Looking for a mat cutter

Does anyone have a mat cutter I can borrow? It is for cutting matboard for picture framing. Below is a picture on one.

anything similiar may work good too.

My mom has one in Jackson, but not sure I could bring it down here. Are you going to be doing a lot of mat cutting, or just a picture or two? I could cut them for you the next time I go up that way...if it is just a few.
