there are a handful of places ioff stirling road (west of I95) just west.

yeah i am hopping for more north ( im in coral springs.. actualy parkland so as north as you cna go)
but if i have to i was looking in that area.

Just bought one over there. Otherwise there are some east on Oakland park off 95.

There's also a large warehouse district just southwest of you between Commercial Blvd and 44th St on the westside of Nob Hill Rd.
The prices looked reasonable on the signs I've seen for both offices and warehouse space, but I haven't gotten around to really comparing prices and locations yet.
