looking for an external pump

i am looking for an external pump which one do you think i should get? i have a 140g with 40 sump let me know. it has 2 overflow, zip is 65807

I would recommend either the Panworld, which is a more traditional external pump.

or the Reeflo.

Both are excellent pumps. Reeflo is more challenging to plumb with the bigger in/out. It is very energy efficient though and very quiet compared to other brands.
