Looking for an overflow

I only have 3" between my set up tank and my wall.
Looking for an overflow that will fit (I know they make them, I had one there before.)

I live near OKC, but would be willing to pay shipping. I've advertised for weeks here on COMAS and no one has one that will fit.

I have the CPR CS50 and i measured the part in the back and it is 3 3/16 wide. Does that work? I have two of them but one is being sold. They have the aqua lift pumps included as well that have new inserts in them. Thanks
