looking for anemone to host clownfish

Just an FYI, just because you get and Nem doesn't mean it will host. Also most ppeople will ask for more info on your tank and fish. I would suggest gojing to the Nem/Clownfish forum adn reading the FAQ's about Nems, this will help you in your quest.

True that, it's good to see generous people around here. If it wasn't for you all from here and the surrounding areas, my setup would cost me a small fortune. Now the tank is up and running, i'm sure it's going to be another small fortune for the corals but yea, thanks all for the help so far.

I have actually had more luck with my clowns hosting with xenia instead of anemone. I have tried several anemones and they refuse to go near it, but they will pick the heck outta your hand if you go near their xenia.... just my .02

True, most clowns that we get from LPS have never been with an anemone. I have seen clowns host most corals with tenticals, it doesn't have to be an anemone. Clowns will somtimes take weeks to host.

My clowns prefer to host in my hammer coral:

They also like my frogspawn, duncans, and candy cane coral. They've never once showed any interested in my rose bubble tip anemone, so I bought it an anemone crab
