Does anybody local have some pest free algae they'd like to get rid of? Please nothing from a tank with flatworms, redbugs, or other pests.
Thanks
Chris
I can get 4 types of caulerpa and chaeto(just 1 ) One of them is grape, the other one is like grape but thicker, I forgot their scientific names the other 2 are mexicana and verticillata. Did you need it for looks, nutrient export, or both? Some will have amphipods, mysis, and stomatellas, maybe some small bristleworms.
I'm looking to get back into using refugiums so need the chaeto for that. Then I'm starting up a system for my onyx clowns to breed and wanted it to be a "planted" tank. I could use all those types of algae if you have them available. Let me know if you can get them for me and what we're looking at for $$ or ??
Thanks
Chris
I've got some caulerpa you can have, I'm going to have to pull it out anyway so you might as well get it. It will have small detrivore bristle worms in it.
