Looking for help to identify this

Rygars Reef

Hello, I've had this zoa for about a year now. Recently these taller "arms" have been appearing near the edges. There are also some of these taller guys showing up in random areas on my tank. Is this part of the zoa? Is it a different coral? I tried to look it up in my Coral book with no luck. Can anyone help identify or explain this? The longer arms seem to be impeding a bit on the zoa. Thanks in advance for your help.

They are aptista. You can use the lemon and syringe. Also boiling water an blasting it with a turkey baster works really well.

or if you don't have them anywhere else and can remove the rock just cut them off along with the piece of rock they're growing on. If you can stop them from spreading now you'll be really thankful later, I've been fighting them for years...
