WOAH that's gonna cost a chunk.

GulfView has florida aquacultured rock for about $3/lbs , supposed to have lots of life on it. I think Dale (the owner) lets you pick out your rock on the larger orders.

People please!

The real question is: What the heck are you puttin' it into???

By my estimation, an 850?!?!!??!??!!???

florida rock, at least in my experience, is usually really heavy and the shapes are pretty boring.

I've heard that too.

Really dense stuff , limestone I think , that they dump in the gulf of mexico and later harvest.

With the Florida aquacultured rock you supposedly get lots of bad hitch hikers. I ordered my LR 4 years ago from premiumaquatics (Haitian) and found a gorilla crab munching on one of my corals 3 years later. I caught the little jerk and he is happy in the sump.
